In the hustle and bustle of our "deliver now" global economy, pressure on your Creative Account Managers can often lead to images being licensed incorrectly. Price pressures can lead to the use of lower prices images from micro stock agencies; whose licensing nuisances are not always to a similar standard and often not fully understood. Ultimately incorrect use and licensing could lead to litigation.

Buying Stock Images is easy... stupid! - or is it?

Purchasing images has never been easier, yet it has never been so complicated. Reflex Stock can help you navigate these issues, we have the skills, experience and resources to help you utilise the increasingly complicated image market to your benefit and advantage.

Image Research:

The Reflex Stock website search engine is an excellent tool for negotiating the creative content on our site. However, if you can’t find that perfect image / illustration, or you have an brilliant idea that requires an equally brilliant image; contact our picture research team and we’ll get you relevant, fantastic images fast. We’ll find the images - when you can’t remember where they came from!

Imagine the scenario, the design team have created an amazing design. The clients took forever to sign off and when they eventually do, no one can remember where they images came from!!

Don’t worry, Reflex Stock is here to help. We will try to find the images for you. This is not always easy, so we’ll need time to undertake the research. Sometimes, even these results are negative but don’t despair, we’ll also undertake a search for similar images which will help you get the project back on the road.

Image Licensing and Image Negotiations:

We can advise you the correct license to choose for your projects. The most familiar licensing models are Rights Managed (RM - Licensed) or Royalty Free (RF). You will find both these license type on Reflex Stock. You can calculate Right Managed usages directly on the site, however, if the standard usage calculator does not meet you specific requirements we can negotiate your additional needs on your behalf with the copyright owner. Photography Assignments:

If you need to commission a shoot, we have access to a vast array of talented photographers, from all over the world, who could be commissioned to capture the images you require. If you need a specific location, a type of person or ethnicity or you just want to explore your creative horizons then get in touch and we can liaise with you and our photographers to achieve the images you require.
